Sometime between 15 and 22 June 2026 Ms Kathleen Millar illegally removed and evicted her sub-tenant from her property, refusing to return his belongings and relocating his property to an unknown location in the Sydney CBD — resulting in further legal action against her. At the time of the illegal removal and eviction she had already been the respondent in a NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) action concerning the same property since 10 June 2026, yet acted unlawfully notwithstanding the pending tribunal proceedings.
